Background Information:
KPBSD has long strived to meet all requests for data. The District regularly uses data to drive decisions. At times however we have found that we are data rich but struggle to maximize the analysis, interpretation, and presentation of certain data. At times it can be difficult to relate distinct data points to each other, or to cause and effect. Tableau has helped make distinct data sets connect visually in way that provides actionable information.
Michael Hanson will be showing you a small glimpse of what Tableau can do and how KPBSD has already started to use the Tableau visualization tool to make data more connected and more meaningful.
