Background Information:

Superintendent John O'Brien has made it known that he intends to retire June 2021.  With this work session, the board will begin the superintendent search process. 

Attached is the charge for the Superintendent Search Oversight Committee. President Vadla has appointed Mr. Zen Kelly, Ms. Debbie Cary, Ms. Virginia Morgan and herself to the Superintendent Search Oversight Committee.  Mr. Nate Crabtree, Human Resources Director, will be the district administrator advising the committee. 

For discussion, please review AR 2121 Superintendents Contract.

This work session is the board's opportunity to guide the committee in starting the process, e.g. timeline and superintendent's salary.
