      Background Information:

      Administration is recommending amending BP 3541.1 and AR 6153 to reflect current government regulation which allows educational institutions to use 15 passenger vans that were manufactured after September 1, 2011 which now all meet the safety standards required by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Motor Vehicle Safety, Title 49, United States Code, Chapter 301 and Related Uncodified Provisions.

      Exhibits E3541.1 (a) School Driver Registration Form been edited to reflect the changes in BP 3541.1 and AR 6153.
