        The district will pursue two goals this year.

        1. Implement college and career readiness practices at all high schools to improve the current graduation rate by 5%.

        2. Implement personalized learning practices district-wide in accordance with the KPBSD strategic plan as measured by developed key performance indicators.

        The specific activities pertaining each goal are in development as a part of the KPBSD strategic plan.  More information will be shared with the board at the September meeting based on input for all stakeholders.
