Background Information:

The Board approved their 2017-18 goals at the July, 2017 board meeting.  Attached is a compilation of activities to support attaining those goals based on feedback from the board since the June, 2017 planning session.  This work session is an opportunity for the board to discuss the activities and modify as necessary.
