Background Information:
KPBSD administration is recommending the configuration for Connection Home School program, school number 247010 be changed to PreK-12. The current Connections configuration is K-12. The reason for the requested change is so Connections can offer appropriate instructional materials for our Connections PreK students. This will enable KPBSD/Connections to help support our PreK students with early learning materials. Offering instructional materials to PreK students will also help KPBSD stay competitive with other homeschool programs who are currently offering PreK.
The Administration recommends approval of the change in configuration for Connections Home School Program from K-12 to PreK-12.
