        Background Information:

        AR 3550 Student Nutrition Service Charge Policy:  The committee discussed this AR at their August 7 and Sept. 11 meetings.  On Sept. 11, the AR was forwarded for a work session discussion and action during the business meeting.  The board postponed action and returned the AR to the committee.  The board requested that the language be revised to make it clear that no student will be refused a lunch, regardless of the number of meals charged versus the current two meal charge limit. At a Nov. 6 work session, the board review the revised document. Administration recommends approval of AR 3550.
