Exhibit 9322 Order of Business was presented in work session on 10-20-2025 with revisions to improve meeting efficiency by removing the approval of minutes from the opening activities and placing them under the consent agenda as routine items for Board approval.

With Board consensus Exhibit 9322 Order of Business was moved to be on the consent agenda for action this evening, with the intention to begin the revised Order of Business on December 1, 2025.
