BB 9323, Meeting Conduct, is before the Board this evening for first reading and action. The revision is a minor adjustment to the Board Bylaw, revising the time allotted per student to three minutes during student presentations/comments at business meetings. This update brings BB 9323 into alignment with Exhibit 9322 Order of Business, which was approved at the March 2, 2026 meeting.
