10. Consent Agenda

The Board of Education's adopted rules of Parliamentary Procedure, Robert's Rules of Order, provide for a consent agenda listing several items for approval of the Board by a single motion. Documentation concerning these items has been provided to all board members and the public in advance to assure an extensive and thorough review. Items may be removed from the consent agenda at the request of any board member.
Members of the public may provide comment on the consent agenda items prior to Board action-3 minutes per speaker

BP 5131.9 Academic Honesty was presented in committee on 07-06-2026 with minimal recommended revisions from Administration regarding AI-related policy shifts. BP 5131.9 Academic Honesty was moved to a work session on 08-03-2026 for further discussion and full input from the Board. In the work session Administration and Ms. VanBuskirk both presented their suggested revisions. BP 5131.9 Academic Honesty was presented on the consent agenda on 08-03-2026 for a first reading of those revisions moved forward by the Board. BP 5131.9 Academic Honesty is now presented for a second reading and action of those revisions.
