Background Information:

Attached for discussion, is information regarding Kenai Peninsula Borough Ordinance 2018-21 (with amendment) providing for the submission of general obligation bonds, in the amount of $5,450,000, of the Kenai Peninsula Borough to pay the local required match portion of the costs of the Kachemak-Selo new K-12 school construction project. If approved by the Borough Assembly, this bond request will be on the October 2, 2018 ballot.

At the evening's meeting, the Board will take action on whether or not to support Ordinance 2018-21 as amended.
