Enrollment Procedures

  1. Enrollment requests will be received by the building administrator.
  2. Parents/guardians of part-time/dually enrolled students, including those in cocurricular programs, will follow all related District enrollment procedures and must provide transcripts, birth certificate and immunization records as outlined by Alaska law.
  3. The building administrator will notify the Superintendent as to the enrollment of students who are part-time/dually enrolled outside of the District.

Transcripts/Grades

Parents of students who are part-time/dually enrolled in the District schools will be responsible for obtaining and sending the necessary report cards/transcripts and/or other indicators of academic programs.

District Policies/School Rules and Procedures

  1. All applicable school rules and procedures will apply to part-time/dually enrolled students enrolled in District schools.
  2. All students will be governed by all District policies and procedures.
  3. Students who are part-time/dually enrolled in private school, correspondence and other programs of that nature may be disciplined in accordance with applicable Board policies.
