      Background Information:

      BB 9320 Meetings, is revised to change remote participation voting practices.  It also includes updated public notice posting language which better reflects Board practices.

      The Policy Review Committee discussed this bylaw at their Aug. 6, 2018 meeting.  The board reviewed it during a work session on Sept. 10. It is presented for a first reading.
