      Background Information:

      As directed by E 9311 Board Policy Revision Timeline, the Policy Review Committee completed their review of the entire Series 1000: Community Relations at their Aug. 6, 2018 meeting. The board reviewed the series during a work session on Sept. 10. It is presented for a first reading.
