Background Information:

Attached is the administration's recommended revision to AR 5144 Discipline.  This AR is revised to update board policy as it pertains to school safety and security (especially regarding behavior threat assessment) and as recommended by our attorney at Jermain, Dunnagan and Owens (JDO).

The committee completed its review of the AR.  It is presented here for board review and will be on the evening's business meeting agenda for a first reading and action.
