Background Information:

This work session is held for the board to discuss the possibility of the district participating in a Reemployment of Retirees under the authorization of SB 185. If, the board decides to participate this would require a policy and resolution to be enacted. Attached is an example board policy from the Mat-Su School District and draft resolution.
