      Aug. 5, 2019: Board action item #11D. Committed to the Board Policy Review Committee.

      Aug. 19, 2019: The board considered a new version of the policy. The committee requested legal review that version.

      Attached is BP 3290.1 Art Donation after final review by the Policy Review Committee on Aug. 19 and the review by Borough attorney Ms. Patty Burley.  The Policy Committee recommends approval of the policy as presented, i.e. as marked with removal of the second to the last bullet).
