Background Information:

The following lease agreements are currently in effect for the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District. These leases are negotiated and agreed to strictly between the School District and the lessee. They were not let out for proposals.

Kachemak Selo School: KPBSD leases a facility in the amount of $2,790 per month, paid to the Village of Kachemak-Selo for use as a school, on a continual year-to-year lease.

Razdolna School: KPBSD leases two facilities for use as a school. the lease of one facility is with Razdolna's Community, LLC, this is a five-year lease, expiring on June 30, 2030 in the amount of $5,443.47 per month. The second facility is leased from the Village of Razdolna, Inc., expiring on June 30, 2030 for $680 per month.

Ritchie Community Property Trust: Fireweed Academy leases a facility to expand their charter school program to include K-2 for the amount of $4,484.97 per month.  This is a one-year lease extension expiring in 2025. Negotiations are under way for a one year extension.

Vosnesenka School: KPBSD leases a facility from the Voznesenka Community Council, Inc. for use as a school, in the amount of $11,454.02 per month.  An additional $3,355.84 per year paid in monthly instalments of $279.65 is paid for water.  This is in a five-year lease extension, expiring June 30, 2030.

Connections Homer: KPBSD leases a facility from Plymire Investments, LLC to house the southern peninsula home school program, in the amount of $4000 per month expiring in June 30, 2025. Negotiations are underway.
