Background Information: The KPBSD Health Committee recommends the following materials be used for lessons pertaining to Alaska Safe Children's Act, sex education, and human reproduction.  According to Alaska State Statute 14.30.361, materials related to sex education and human reproduction that may be used in a class or program, must be approved by the school board.
