During the review of the proposed adjustments to the 4000 series policies, it was noted that BP 4119.12 Harassment did not have corresponding policies for 4219.12 and 4319.12, even though it is intended to apply to all personnel, according to past records.

The policy has now been updated to align with the proposed format for the 4000 series and is included separately in the general information packet to ensure awareness and transparency.
