          Background Information:

          Section 479 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement with KPEA permits a teacher with prior approval to participate as an exchange teacher in an international teacher exchange program. The proposed exchange has received preliminary approval from the school administrators and district superintendents involved. If approved by the Board, the exchange will occur from January to December 2020.
