BP 4112.1 Contracts was presented in policy review committee on 01-12-2026 with Administration's recommended revisions in accordance with AASB model policy. Administration confirmed that the term email can be added to the policy and revisions were presented in work session on 02-02-2026 for input from the full Board. BP 4112.1 Contracts was referred back to committee and was presented again on 03-02-2026 for further discussion and recommended revisions, including a suggested title change to "Certificated Personnel and Management and Supervisory Personnel Contracts" and added Code of 4312.1 pertaining to management and supervisory personnel. 

BP 4112.1 Contracts was provided in work session on 04-06-2026 to receive input from the full Board. It was then presented for a first reading on the 05-04-2026 agenda and is presented on the agenda this evening for a second reading and action by the Board.
