        Background Information:

        Review of Series 9000 Bylaws of the Board

        At the Feb. 5, 2018 meeting, the committee reviewed Series 9000 through BP 9130 Board Committees.  At the March 5 meeting, they reviewed from BB 9140 Board Representatives through the end of the series, BB 9400 Board Self-Evaluation.  The committee made no comments or revision requests. Series 9000 was reviewed at the April 2 work session, presented on May 7 for a first reading, and is presented here for board action.
