At the first meeting following the Borough's certification of election results, the Board will meet to elect officers - president, vice
president, clerk, and treasurer. In the event that circumstances arise vacating an office of the Board, the new office will be filled at
the next regular meeting of the Board. All officers will serve at the pleasure of the Board.
