The formulation and adoption of written Board policies will constitute the basic method by which the Board will govern the District. This right will be retained solely by the Board. The study and evaluation of reports concerning the execution of its policies will constitute the basic method by which the Board will exercise its accountability for the governance of the schools.

The Board has the power of establishing its own procedures within the parameters of law. All actions of the Board will be taken only in official Board meetings according to these bylaws and the statutes of the state.
