The Board desires to reduce energy consumption in the district in order to help conserve natural resources.  Saving costs on energy consumption allows the district to support other needs within the district.

The Superintendent or designee will establish energy consumption reduction goals, monitor energy consumption and encourage employees and students to conserve resources.  The Superintendent or designee will regularly inspect district facilities and operations and make recommendations for maintenance and capital expenditures which may help the district reach its energy conservation goals.
