The Board recognizes that certain positions may involve an employee's participation in decisions affecting his/her financial interests. Employees must refrain from participating in official District financial decisions in which they have a substantial financial interest.

An annual report of all waiver requests (E 3315.1 Request to do Business with the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District) submitted in the prior fiscal year will be submitted to the Board in July of each year.
