The Board will seek reimbursement of damages from any individual or from the parents/guardians of any minor who commits any act of theft or vandalism.

If the Superintendent or law enforcement officials are unable to fix responsibility for the vandalism, the Superintendent may offer a reward for information leading to the identification and apprehension of the guilty party.
