    The Board desires to ensure that maximum value is received for money spent by the District and that records are kept in accordance with law. The Superintendent may issue and sign purchase orders.

    The District will adhere to state law regarding purchasing preferences for Alaskan products.

    Used items will not be purchased unless deemed in the best interest of the District as determined by the Superintendent.
