      Background Information:

      On December 5, 2016, the Board voted to form the Health Care Cost Committee for a duration of 120 days, unless extended by board approval.

      The 120 days ended in April and the committee's work is not complete.  We are requesting that the committee duration be extended through September 15, 2017.
